Keke's Parties charges face painting, balloon modelling, and temporary tattoos at £45 for 2 hours per service for up to 20 children. Any additional children will require more time which will be charged at an extra fee of £10 per hour.

A 50% deposit will be taken to secure your booking when details have all been confirmed. This fee is non- refundable if you decided to cancel your booking. Full payment is due 10 days prior.

Bouncy Castle deposit will be issued separately to entertaining and/ or decorative services. A security deposit  will be taken to confirm booking. Bouncy Castle terms and conditions will need to be agreed prior to deposit being paid. Terms and conditions and Contract of release to be signed on the day of the party. I.D to be shown.

Full payment for all parties must be paid a minimum of 10days before your party date.  The fees are non- refundable. If the payment is not made booking is nullified. Although we do not offer refunds party date can be transferred where applicable.

Final number head count should be provided to Keke's parties a minimum of 7 days before the party due date, this is to ensure that every child is accommodated for. (Party bags, boxes, sweet cones)

 

 Keke's Parties holds no liability in any case of which clothes are damaged or stained by face paints or glitter tattoos provided and used in our services.

​

​All balloons are weather/ temperature volatile; Keke's Parties hold no liability in any case in which balloons pop.

​

Balloon Garlands may require nails or hooks to enable the fixture  to hang, a separate terms and conditions will need to be agreed upon booking and signed on the day.

 

Keke’s Parties holds no liability for any case balloons cause damage to any personal effectives or furnishings.

​

Any damage or loss of equipment while under customers care may be liable for a fee.

​​

*Discount codes are applicable to services of value £70 or more. Valid for parties until April 30th 2023.

Although last minute bookings are feasible,  tremendous effort is put in to pull this off, all emergency bookings / late bookings (less than 4 days) will be charged an emergency fee of £20.

​

Equipment collection after 11pm will occur a collection fee of £20. Bouncy Castles are charged at separate rate.

​

For Bouncy Castle rentals customers must ensure clear path or entrance to set up location.  This must be as close as possible to the parking arrear.

​

A delivery fee is applicable may be applicable. This is a small fee of £3 within an eight mile radius of Croydon. This fee is not applicable to installations on  site, bouncy castle rental and entertainment.  Delivery or Travel fee outside of the radius will be charged at a base rate on £20 + £1 per mile. Congestion charge may be applicable.

A copy of this agreement is sent out with each party confirmation. Agreement to the terms and conditions is in effect upon receipt of the deposit.
